Maragua is a small community where you can see up close the crater of the same name, whose population is found in a large open space between beautiful mountains of colors, the people of this region have the Quechua as native language. The community is characterized by the production of their unique textile craft with zoomorphic designs, shapes belonging to an abstract figurative model and complex shapes of various sizes.
After visiting Maragua it starts the hike to the dinosaur footprints from Niñu Mayu. In this place you can appreciate dinosaur tracks that corresponding to the Mesozoic age of the Cretaceous period, and in the surroundings you can see a great magnitude of fossils embedded on the rocks of various species.
This tour starts at 08:00 am. Return to Sucre in the late afternoon.
